Return & Exchange Policy

At Madura Bags, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with every purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

✅ Eligible for Return

  • You can return products within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with tags and invoice.

  • Returns are accepted for:

    • Damaged or defective items

    • Incorrect product received

    • Size or color mismatch (if applicable)

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Products purchased during clearance sales or special offers

  • Used or damaged items due to customer handling

  • Customized or personalized products

🔁 Exchange Policy

  • We offer exchanges for size or color-related issues (subject to availability).
    All the Approved exchange and replacement of damaged products will be delivered with in 7 business days

💸 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be credited within 3-5 working days.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method 

🚚 Return Shipping

  • If you received a wrong or defective product, we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • In all other cases, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
